HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

  • Yes, we offer Expedited Shipping options to ensure you receive your The Saphir Experience® order when you need it. All expedited orders confirmed before 1:00p.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.

 

ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

  • Orders are typically shipped within 5 to 7 business days, and payment processing takes 3 to 4 business days!



 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available 24 to 48 after your order is shipped out.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED

  • The item(s) sold out.

  • We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

  • If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
